Thursday gave us a Hammer signal in the S&P-500 (which is noted for it's pivot reversal characteristics) and Friday gave us the confirmation, we also closed over the T-Line. Not to mention that we came within 6 points of 3-17-2007 low. All sounds good for more upside. But how much upside?
We still need to move over the 200sma and the most recent pivot high close of 1479.

We use the information that we have to determine the direction of the market or a stock we plan to enter. That is the best we can do, I see our 3 challenges this week to be;  1st the 200sma, 2nd the 1480 area, 3rd 1479 or the 50sma area.

Trading

Following the candlesticks is easy to do, don't over complicate them just listen to what they are saying. Using candlesticks and what I call triggers are very powerful. Watch for the dips, sell the tops - Rotate your Profits.
